These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TRK24 and all related services operated by:

By creating an account, accessing, or using TRK24 (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

We do not allow minors under 18 to use TRK24.

2. Description of Service

TRK24 provides digital SaaS services, including:

  • URL shortening

  • Branded links

  • Click analytics

  • QR code generation

  • Link tracking

  • Campaign analytics

  • Related digital services

TRK24 does not sell physical goods.

All services are delivered digitally and begin immediately upon purchase unless stated otherwise.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security

  • All actions taken under your login

  • Preventing unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use TRK24 for:

  • Malware, phishing, viruses, or harmful code

  • Scam, fraud, impersonation, or misleading content

  • Redirecting to adult, hate, or illegal content

  • Cloaking malicious URLs

  • Spam, bot traffic, mass unsolicited messaging

  • Cryptocurrency scams, “investment doubling,” fake giveaways

  • Any activity violating applicable laws, FastSpring policies, or industry-standard safe browsing practices

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Subscription & Billing Terms

Purchases and subscriptions are billed through FastSpring or other authorized payment processors.

By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges until cancellation.

All billing, renewals, taxes, and receipts are handled by the payment processor.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel anytime

  • Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period

  • You retain access until that date

Refunds:

  • Governed by our Billing & Refund Policy, which includes the 14-day cooling-off period required by EU/EEA/UK consumer laws

  • Outside statutory rights, refunds are discretionary

7. License to Use the Service

TRK24 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense TRK24

  • Use TRK24 to build a competing service

  • Attempt to bypass or disable platform safeguards

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time.

We are not liable for:

  • Downtime

  • Third-party failures

  • Internet or hosting issues

  • Maintenance windows

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, dashboards, documentation, and content related to TRK24 are the property of Web Gen9 Corp.

You retain rights to your own content and data.

10. Third-Party Services & Integrations

TRK24 may integrate with third-party services such as:

  • Payment processors

  • Analytics tools

  • Hosting providers

We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TRK24 is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

  • Web Gen9 Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $100 if no payment was made).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; if so, limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Web Gen9 Corp harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from:

  • Misuse of the Service

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Violations of laws or third-party rights

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you retain the rights granted by your local mandatory laws.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution.

We aim to resolve all issues quickly.

15. Export & Compliance Restrictions

You may not use TRK24 in:

  • Countries sanctioned by the U.S. government

  • Any region where TRK24 is prohibited by law

You represent that you are not on any U.S. government sanctions list.

16. Severability

If any section of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain in full effect.

17. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right in the future.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
We will post the updated version with the “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of TRK24 means you accept the updated Terms.
