This Billing & Refund Policy explains how billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for TRK24 (“TRK24,” “we,” “us,” “our”). TRK24 is operated by:

All purchases made on TRK24 are processed securely through our authorized payment partners, including FastSpring and other trusted payment platforms.

By purchasing or subscribing to TRK24, you agree to this Billing & Refund Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


1. Digital Services Only (No Physical Goods)

TRK24 provides digital software services, including link shortening, click tracking, analytics, and related digital features.

  • We do not sell physical goods.

  • No shipments, deliveries, or physical returns apply.

This is required for transparency and global digital-goods compliance.


2. Payment Processing & Taxes

All billing is handled securely through FastSpring, which acts as Merchant of Record where applicable.

FastSpring is responsible for:

  • Payment authorization

  • Secure handling of financial data

  • VAT / GST / digital tax calculation & remittance

  • Invoicing and receipts

We do NOT store or process full credit card numbers.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Additional taxes may be applied depending on your local regulations (VAT, GST, DST).


3. Subscription Billing & Renewal Terms

3.1 Billing Frequency

You will be billed at:

  • The start of your subscription

  • Each renewal period (monthly, yearly, or custom cycle)

3.2 Automatic Renewal

All TRK24 subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal date unless you cancel beforehand.

This is clearly disclosed during checkout.

3.3 Updating Billing Information

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing details through the customer portal or by contacting support.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails:

  • FastSpring may retry the charge multiple times

  • Your TRK24 service may be paused or restricted

  • Access resumes immediately once payment succeeds


4. Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is provided:

  • You will NOT be charged during the trial

  • Billing begins automatically when the trial ends

  • Cancel anytime before the trial expires to avoid charges

Trials are one-time per customer unless otherwise stated.


5. 14-Day “Cooling-Off” / Withdrawal Period

(Mandatory for EU / UK consumers and REQUIRED by FastSpring)

If you are located in a region with consumer-protection regulations (EU/EEA/UK), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within:

→ 14 days from the date of purchase or renewal.

This applies without needing to state a reason.

If the request is valid, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds are issued within 5–14 business days depending on your payment method and region.

Loss of Cooling-Off Right (Digital Services Law)

By starting to use TRK24 immediately, you acknowledge:

  • The service is delivered instantly

  • In many jurisdictions, instant use may waive the cooling-off right

This notice is required by digital services legislation.


6. Refund Policy (Beyond Cooling-Off Period)

After the 14-day legal withdrawal period ends, refunds may still be granted at our discretion.

6.1 Refunds ARE granted when:

  • You were billed twice or billed in error

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent charges occurred

  • TRK24 experienced a confirmed system-wide outage preventing core use

  • TRK24 materially removes or degrades a paid, essential feature

  • FastSpring or regulatory law requires a refund

6.2 Refunds are NOT granted for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal

  • Low usage or non-use of the service

  • User misconfiguration or mistakes

  • Violations of the Terms & Conditions

  • Issues caused by unsupported platforms or third-party tools

6.3 Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and non-refundable after the cooling-off period, unless eligible under Section 6.1.


7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your FastSpring subscription portal

  • Your TRK24 account billing area

  • Or by emailing [email protected]

Cancellation Rules:

  • Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle

  • You will continue to have access until that date

  • To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date

Canceling does not automatically issue a refund unless it qualifies under Section 5 or 6.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

To prevent delays and account issues:

  • Contact [email protected] BEFORE filing a chargeback

  • We will immediately investigate and resolve billing issues

  • Invalid or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection actions

FastSpring monitors chargebacks and may restrict accounts with excessive dispute history.


9. Access After Refunds

If a refund is granted:

  • Your access to TRK24 may be paused or terminated immediately

  • You may lose access to features, analytics, or stored data

  • Refunds and continued access cannot occur together


10. Data Retention & Deletion

After cancellation or refund:

  • Your data may remain accessible for 30–90 days

  • After that, it will be deleted or anonymized according to our Privacy Policy & DPA

  • You may request expedited deletion at [email protected]

Certain records (e.g., invoices, tax records) must be retained for legal compliance.


11. Faulty or Defective Service Guarantee

If TRK24 becomes unusable or materially fails due to our system fault:

We will provide one of the following:

  • A fix or patch

  • A credit or extension

  • A partial or full refund (if the issue cannot be resolved)

This aligns with global digital-service consumer protection laws.


12. How to Request a Refund, Cancellation, or Withdrawal

Continued use of TRK24 means you accept the updated policy.
